Here at Fox 5 Rentals, we have 15 single family homes in Auburn, New Hampshire. We make renting an enjoyable and seamless process! If we have any homes currently available or expected to become available in the near future, you can find those on the next tab. Everything that we do at Fox 5 Rentals is in-house, meaning that you’ll connect with Andrea to inquire about a rental, view the property, go through the application process, sign your lease, and beyond. Harry is always available to check out any maintenance concerns/requests within a very timely manner. Harry is a high end finish Carpenter by trade and has plenty of experience in many other areas of the construction field. One significant benefit to renting from Fox 5 Rentals is that your landlords live minutes away from the rental homes and can be on site with very little notice in an urgent or emergent situation. If there is anything that needs further attention beyond our scope of expertise, we have an extensive network of professionals who will come in to tackle whatever needs tackling.

Auburn, New Hampshire is a Wonderful Place to Live
Auburn is located within Southern New Hampshire, just 14 miles over the Massachusetts border. Southern New Hampshire as a whole is an incredible place to live, raise a family, etc. Auburn is one of the more desirable towns within Southern New Hampshire due to the location, size, school system, and the residents that make up the town. Auburn is quaint and beautiful. From the most recent census, Auburn has a reported population of 5,946. Beautiful Lake Massabesic, which is within Auburn, offers unmatched views and opportunities for fishing, boating, and kayaking. While Lake Massabesic cannot be swam in due to it being a water source for a nearby town, residents are able to thoroughly enjoy it in many other ways. Auburn also has many walking/biking trails to explore and enjoy. Students attend Auburn Village School from Preschool/PreK up through 8th grade. Auburn resident students then go on to attend Pinkerton Academy in Derry, New Hampshire for high school (9th - 12th grade).
